Points will appear as “Pending” in your V—Rewards account until 30 days after your purchase, giving you time to make returns if needed.
If you still don’t see your points, check that you were signed into your V—Rewards account when placing your order. (Remember: you must be logged in when making purchases to earn points!) If you accidentally checked out as a guest or with a different email address, contact us at support@verishop.com so one of our team members can help apply your points to your account.
Please keep in mind that you also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or if your purchase is canceled for any reason. Any points you earn on a purchase you later return will also be deducted from your point balance.Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
