What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged please contact us via email immediately so we can correct the situation.  We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and will work our hardest to resolve this quickly. 

 

Email Support with the following information ( support@verishop.com )

  • Order number or customer name on order

  • Photo of the damaged item

  • Request if you would like a replacement or refund

 

Please make sure that you reach out to our support team within 15 days of delivery to guarantee a resolution.
