How do I exchange an incorrect item for the right one?

If you receive an incorrect item please contact our Customer Support Department via email, chat or phone immediately so we can correct the situation.  We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and will work our hardest to resolve this quickly. 

I received the wrong size or color. 

Email Support with the following information ( support@verishop.com )

  • Order number or customer name on order

  • A description of the variation your received (received incorrect size or color)

  • Request if you would like a replacement or refund

 

I received a completely different item than I ordered.  

Email Support with the following information ( support@verishop.com )

  • Order number or customer name on order

  • Photo of the item you receive in error

  • Request if you would like a replacement or refund


Please make sure that you reach out to our support team within 5 days of delivery to guarantee a resolution.
